Overview










The Sales Support Lead position is responsible for providing the necessary operational support that enables increased sales prospecting and development time for the Account Executives (AE) within Zolo Media. This role is responsible for order entry, preparing presentations for AE sales meetings, invoice printing and email, and additional support responsibilities as needed.

This role is remote capable in any state TDS Telecom operates, or in-person at our Bend, Oregon location.

Responsibilities










Enter insertion orders into two Traffic & Billing systems from a variety of sources. Collaborate with AEs to define objectives of sales meetings, with potential and existing clients, and create eye-catching visual presentations with original graphics and media components for AE use. Work with management to create high-profile sales packages.



Print client invoices and account statements to PDF and send out via email. Maintain the master email list by adding new clients and email changes. Submit payment requests to the payment center for processing.



Track sporting events orders and inventory using Excel Spreadsheets.














Qualifications










Required Qualifications
Associates degree (or higher) -OR- 2+ years professional work experience
3+ years of experience using Microsoft Applications (i.e. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Other Qualifications
Experience working with visual media as well as graphic design.
Experience working in administrative support role.
Prior experience in the broadcast/television industry (and/or ad sales) desired.
Self-motivated and ability to think strategically.
Ability to work in a cross-functional environment, influencing stakeholders while meeting tight timeframes and deadlines.
Effective communicator with all levels in the organization as well as internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to prioritize and work several projects concurrently.
Experience with or an understanding of digital advertising platforms.
